he U.S. Grains Council, Growth Energy, and the Renewable Fuels Association issued a joint statement saying, 鈥淥ur organizations appreciate the dedication and support of USDA鈥檚 Foreign Agricultural Service, the U.S. Trade Representative, and other government agencies in advocating for grain-based ethanol in their international discussions. It can be used immediately as a carbon-mitigation tool for the on-road, aviation, maritime, and biochemical sectors.鈥
